I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the efforts you have made to find an environmentally friendly home for one of our largest waste streams.

Aqueous waste from our new water based paint systems has always been very difficult to treat and our options for any residues were limited to utilisation of a local landfill site. Albany's knowledge and help has enabled us to find a disposal site that could generate electrical energy from that waste hence moving the waste stream up the waste hierarchy from dispose to recycle.

With your help and guidance I can now confirm that our recycling plant is transferring paint from plastic containers utilising both the paint and the plastic residues for recycling. This has generated a considerable cash saving for us and a definite benefit to the local environment.
